हेजलनट – स्ट्रॉबेरी केक Hezalnut-strawberry cake recipe

आटे का केक 

आटा– २ कप
चीनी – १ कप
अंङा – ४
मक्खन – ½ कप
वेनिला एसेंस – ४-५ बुंद
बेकिंग पाउङर- १/२ चम्मच

हेजलनट- रोस्टेङ

दूध- आवश्यकतानुसार

बनाने का तरीका-

१. आटा अौर बेकिंग पाउङर २-३ बार चलनी से चालें।

२. अंङे की सफेदी अौर जर्दी अलग-अलग करें। सफेदी कङा झाग होने तक फेटें।
३. जर्दी को अलग से इतना फेटें । जिससे वह क्रीमी अौर हलका हो जाये। इसमें थोङा-थोङा कर चीनी ङालें अौर फेंटते जायें।
४. अब इसमें एक बार थोङा आटा ङालें अौर फेटें फिर थोङा अंङे की सफेदी ङालें फेटें। यह क्रम आटा अौर अंङे की सफेदी खत्म होने दोहराते जायें।

५. ४-५ बुंद वेनिला एसेंस ङाल कर फेटें।

६. अगर जरुरत हो तो थोङा दूध ङालें। हेजलनट ङालें।

७. केक टिन/ माइक्रोप्रूफ बर्तन  में मक्खन लगा कर  केक घोल ङालें। १८०/180 ङिग्री पर १०-१२ मि बेक करें।  केक को ठंडा होने दें।

आइसिंग- सामान

हेजलनट मक्खन/  न्युटेला –

विपिंग क्रीम/ ङब्बल क्रीम–

सजावट के लिये स्प्रिंकल्स्

ताजी स्ट्रॉबेरी – ५-१० आधा-आधा कटा
स्ट्रॉबेरी सिरप – ४-६ चम्मच


विपिंग क्रीम/ ङब्बल क्रीम  थोङा फेटें। अब इसे केक के ऊपर व चारो अोर चम्मच से लगायें।   केक के बीच में आधी कटी   ताजी स्ट्रॉबेरी / फल बिछायें। । ऊपर से  स्ट्रॉबेरी सिरप ङालें।
आइसिंग सीरिंज में क्लोज स्टार नोजल लगा लें। आइसिंग सीरिंज में हेजलनट मक्खन/ न्युटेला भरें । अब केक के ऊपर किनारे से गुलाब बनाने की शुरुआत करें। फूल एक बिंदू से शुरू करें अौर बाहर की अौर गोल-गोल बनाते जायें। इस तरह किनारे-किनारे गुलाब बनाते जायें।

टिप –
१ हैंङ मिक्सर इस्तेमाल करने से केक घोल अच्छा मिक्स होता है।
२ थोङा-थोङा करके ङालने से बीच में हवा रह जाता है। जिससे केक ज्यादा फुलता है।

My work experience includes teaching MBA students in Usha Martin and Amity Colleges in Patna and teaching Psychology in various college of Patna to B.A. and M.A. students and to law students in Swami Vivekanand law College in Lucknow. I've also taught primary school students in DPS, Dhanbad. I got married at the age of 19, in my first year of BA Psychology Hons. I finished my studies and developed my interest in women and children studies in India. My thesis is about the urban, educated Indian women. I have written Hindi articles for Hindustan, Dhanbad and the MA Psychology study course for Nalanda Open University in Patna. My interest in writing is something that happened subconsciously. But lately, after having written deep, psychological and spiritual articles and having produced books for Post Graduate Psychology students, I realized how much I love writing for children. I find it refreshing and heartening to write about their innocence, faith, fears and fearlessness. My two daughters have grown on a staple diet of magic and fairy tales and I must confess that I have enjoyed their childhood perhaps more than they did themselves. I wish to keep writing for these little people who are the bright future of our country, our civilization and our world.

        I would love to comment in English or even Hinglish!
        But the issue is this: The Comment option itself is MISSING on your older posts! I hope you got it!!
        Else, why would I read good poems and not leave a comment and only a mere like 😦

    I am really sorry !!
    Please completely ignore the previous comment!!
    I couldnt find the comment option when I was generally scrolling down!!
    But when I went in I could find one which I didnt do in the first instance!!
    Hope you will forgive!!
    After many years its time to finally catch up with Hindi it seems!!
    Short poems were all good!!
    And hopefully I will find time to comment too!!

    1. हाँ , butter थोड़ा ज्यादा डालें और बेक करने के ठीक पहले थोड़ा eno डाल कर मिलाये और तुरंत bake करें. 😊
